The buying process - to make an order
- Open account – click the link “Open an account” in the top right corner
- Select your product (When you have added the products you wish to buy, go to “ Check out ” (the button on the right side of the screen marked “checkout”)
- IF you are an organisation you will come to a page where you can submit an alternative address for shipping(optional) or you can select the billing address to also be used for shipping by clicking the "select address" text in the billing address box.
- In the following stage you will see the shipping method and payment method available to you, invoice order(faktura) for companies and postförskott for private individuals. You will also total price, moms, shipping cost etc.
- Click “ Continue to next step ”
- Check the “ I agree to the Terms and conditions ” and click “ Submit order to us ”
What happens after you have placed order?
Invoice Order
After placing an invoice order through our buying solution, you receive confirmation from IMC by email that we have received your order together with info on delivery method and expected delivery time. This email also contains the details of your order.
