Terms and conditions

All our software products can be downloaded and evaluated prior to purchase.
We ask you to take advantage of this opportunity before purchasing and if you are unsure whether the software will satisfy your requirements, get in touch with us either by email info@intcom.se or by phone 0046 8 7795765, and we will answer any queries you have promptly.

Delivery
Physical products
All orders for physical products are normally despatched subject to availability within 2 to 3 days by Företagspost.

Licence codes
Electronic delivery by email normally between 1 to 2 days.

Payment
Companies pay by invoice order(faktura)
Invoice orders are subject to 14 days payment from delivery date, late payment is subject to 2% interest per month on late payment. These terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Private individuals pay by postförskott
In the event a Postförskott order is not collected from the post office within 7 days of despatch, a service fee of SEK 250 will be invoiced to cover our handling costs.

Return of defective products - physical products
Sometimes even with the strictest quality controls, computer media may be defective.
If this is the case, you must inform us by email to info@intcom.se within 7 days of receipt of the product together with:

  1. The Order ID
  2. Date of purchase
  3. Nature of the defect.

IMC will then :

  1. Issue a return number and provide instructions for collection of the software to be returned to IMC.
  2. The cost of returning defective products will be borne by IMC.
  3. Provide a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product from the customer.

Please note product returns can only be accepted when IMC has issued a return number.

Refunds for purchased software
Licence Codes
No refunds are available for downloadable software products after purchase and a licence code has been supplied to the customer except in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of IMC.

Packaged software with seal
1) For packaged products with an unbroken seal, a refund is available if IMC are notified at info@intcom.se of the customer's wish to return the product within a 14 day period of receiving the product and providing the seal has not been broken.

2) IMC will then issue a Return No. and the customer is responsible for transportation and ensuring that the product is returned to IMC at the customer's expense by a documented transport service, either courier or registered post, within 14 days of receiving the product.
Under no circumstances will IMC grant a refund for any product for which it has not issued a return number.

3) When the product is received by IMC a refund will be issued through to the customers PostGiro for Postförskott orders.

N.B The right to return software where the seal has not been broken only applies to private individuals who have purchased packaged products.

Moms
In Sweden 25% Moms is applied to all purchases by companies and private individuals.
