The process is:
• Brainstorm your
project in MM
• structure your
project in MM
• Click
the JCV Gantt icon “

on the lower right toolbar and you will immediately
see your project as a GANTT chart
In JCV GANTT
Schedule tasks
In
the GANTT chart you can slide and stretch Gantt bars.
Assign dependencies between tasks, or type date info
into Excel-line†spreadsheets
Assign resource Costs
Type in resource
names, assign fixed and variable costs for each resource.
At any time you can switch between JCV Gantt and MM
as changes in one are immediately reflected in the
other.
Relationships in MindManager?
These are maintained in JCV Gantt as dependencies.
Or you can use JCV Gantt more easily to immediately set multiple dependencies
which are shown in real time in MM.
